When you’ve officially booked into my schedule, I’ll send you a welcome packet and invite you to our collaborative space.

There you’ll have access to guided materials that will help you establish your style preferences, submit your copy (text/info) and content (images, logos, etc).

I like for you to have at least 2 weeks prior to your project’s start date to complete this homework so you can work it into your day-to-day without stress and have plenty of time to ask me questions as you work through it. The more thought you put into that material, the better job I can do for you!

Week 1 is focused on content gathering & initial designing, Week 2 is focused on revisions & feedback, then we launch! + 30 days of email support after the project is over. If you are going on vacation/have a busy schedule coming up soon, we should schedule your project start date during a time that you can still submit all your content and give me feedback by the deadlines.

We will have 3 meetings, only 2 are required. The first will be on your project start date to finalize the design plan. The second (optional) will be mid way through the project to collect your feedback, but you can submit the feedback via a google doc or a loom video if you wish! The third will be on our launch date where I will give you a lesson on how to maintain the site on your own, but if you want a hands off approach I offer maintenance plans!!

• An authentic AF website that is set up to help your business scale and it will be customized to help you achieve your business goals (EX, maybe your top priorities are to build an email list and sell a specific course, I will strategically design it according to that!)

• A site you are proud of and can maintain yourself easily

• A 1:1 training session on maintaining your site

• All the final files, custom logos, designs, and anything else I created for your site

No worries! I don’t like being that pushy sales person. If you don’t want to work with me I don’t want to try and force anything (it doesn’t end well for either of us) and lets get into alignment baby! If you seem undecided though I may follow up with you once or twice to check in, but it is ultimately YOUR decision

No promises, I am a website designer, not an SEO expert. I do have basic SEO knowledge and will apply that before we finish your site to get you as high up in the ranks as possible. I can also connect you with some awesome SEO experts and make recommendations on tools you can use to do the SEO maintenance yourself, but ranking on google requires consistent effort and is a long game strategy of consistently driving traffic to your site (posting on social media, investing in paid ads, etc)

Your Squarespace monthly/yearly subscription and your domain

If you add other services like…

• An email marketing service, such as ConvertKit, FloDesk or MailerLite

• An SEO expert/tool to optimize or maintain your site for a higher Google ranking

• A branded email address through Google Workspace

• An online scheduler like Acuity or Calendly

• Using a CRM to manage clients in service-based businesses

I only work with one client at a time, so you have my undivided attention for a full 2 weeks and 70 or more hours of my time

I also position the layout and content of your site to focus on scaling (selling more courses/projects, building your email marketing list, Etc)

I would ask you to think about how much income you expect to make monthly and compare the investment to that. Most of my ideal clients are coaches and are charging way more for one course than they invest for a website design.

Sure, you can DIY it, but I would guess you didn’t get this far if you still want to DIY. If you do, how do you know that your site will be set up to scale and be an authentic AF representation of you and your brand? Not to mention the tech and headaches of not getting it to look like you want. Take that time you would spend DIY’ing this and put it back into your business in income generating ways. Or heck, just go lay on the beach and have a margarita, lol
